Travel Itinerary
Day 1:
Arrival in Chengdu :
Upon arrival in Chengdu, meet your local representative and transfer to the hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is at leisure. If time permits, visit the famous Jinli Old Street, a lively pedestrian street featuring traditional Sichuan architecture, local snacks, tea houses, and souvenir shops.
Overnight in Chengdu.
Day 2:
Chengdu – Panda Base & Leshan Giant Buddha :
After breakfast, visit the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, one of China's most popular attractions and home to the adorable giant pandas in a natural habitat. Later, proceed to Leshan to visit the UNESCO-listed Leshan Giant Buddha, the world's largest stone Buddha statue carved into a cliff face. Enjoy a scenic boat ride to admire the magnificent Buddha from the river. Return to Chengdu in the evening.
Overnight in Chengdu.
Day 3:
Chengdu – Chongqing :
After breakfast, transfer to the railway station to board the high-speed train to Chongqing. Upon arrival, begin your city tour with a visit to Liziba Station, famous for the monorail passing through a residential building. Continue to Eling Park for panoramic views of the city skyline. Experience a ride on the iconic Yangtze River Cable Car and later explore Hongyadong, a vibrant riverside complex known for its traditional architecture, restaurants, and spectacular evening lights.
Overnight in Chongqing.
Day 4:
Chongqing City Tour :
After breakfast, visit Ciqikou Ancient Town, a charming old town with traditional streets, tea houses, and local delicacies. Continue to Kuixing Tower, renowned for its unique architectural design and city views. Visit the Three Gorges Museum to learn about the history and culture of the Yangtze River region. End the day at Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street, Chongqing's bustling shopping and entertainment district.
Overnight in Chongqing.
Day 5:
Departure from Chongqing :
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Chongqing Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
