Key Responsibilities
- Prepare competitive quotations as per the agent's requirements.
- Follow up on quotations prepared, identify positive leads, and continue the necessary follow-ups.
- Escalate price matches to seniors and ensure they are converted to bookings.
- Maintain the daily booking tracker with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Make sure to receive final feedback from the agent and the guests.
- Extend the support needed to the customer team to resolve on-ground issues.
- Focus on winning new accounts in the respective markets.
- Take an active part in training and development programs.
