Day 1:
Arrival in Shanghai :
Arrival in Shanghai followed by airport transfer and check-in to the hotel.
Day 2:
Shanghai City Tour :
Check out and explore the city’s famous landmarks including Yu Garden, Chenghuang Temple, The Bund, the Oriental Pearl Tower, and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street before boarding an overnight sleeper train to Beijing.
Day 3:
Beijing Imperial Heritage :
Arrive in Beijing and visit Wangfujing Pedestrian Street, followed by Tiananmen Square and the magnificent Forbidden City and Palace Museum. Later check in to the hotel.
Day 4:
Great Wall & Summer Palace :
Visit the Juyongguan section of the Great Wall of China, one of the most scenic and historic passes of the wall. Continue to the Summer Palace and enjoy a Royal Dragon Boat experience on Kunming Lake.
Day 5:
Xi’an Ancient City :
Check out and travel by high-speed train to Xi’an. Explore the Ming City Wall, Zhonggulou Square, and Hui Min Snack Street before enjoying a traditional Dumpling Banquet dinner.
Day 6:
Terracotta Army & Tang Dynasty Culture :
Visit the world-famous Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum Museum, home to the Terracotta Warriors, followed by Daming Temple and the vibrant Tang Dynasty Unceasing City cultural district.
Day 7:
Xi’an to Chengdu :
Check out and visit Xi’an Museum before travelling by high-speed train to Chengdu. Explore Chunxi Road and Taiguli and see the famous IFS climbing-wall panda sculpture before checking in to the hotel.
Day 8:
Chengdu Panda Experience :
Visit the Giant Panda Breeding and Research Base and observe these iconic animals up close. Later explore People’s Park and walk through the historic Wide & Narrow Alley before watching the famous Sichuan Opera face-changing and fire-spitting performances.
Day 9:
Chongqing City Tour :
Check out and travel to Chongqing. Visit Liberation Square, explore the historic 18th Step Old Street, stop at Kuixing Tower, and experience the spectacular night view of Hongya Cave.
Day 10:
Chongqing & Departure :
Visit the famous Li Ziba Observation Deck to watch the light rail pass through buildings and explore the creative E-Ling Second Factory cultural district before departure.
